J&P Khamken Industries, Inc. is wholly privately owned and operated under the direct guidance of a Board of Directors composed of the following key personnel.

Jack Khamken

Executive Chairman of the Board Mr. Jack Khamken, serving as Executive Chairman of the Board for J&P Khamken Industries, Inc., came to the United States having nothing but the clothes on his back and barely a grasp of the English language. His will to excel and desire to live the "American Dream" led to his technical degree as a machinist at Southern Union State Community College where he immediately became an instructor. Over his 20 years of experience, he has attained an extensive amount of knowledge in the field of manufacturing.

Pat Khamken

Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pat Khamken serves as Chief Executive Officer for J&P Khamken Industries, Inc. having previously served for the United States Army and Louisiana National Guard. He is a fully certified master machinist with over 8 years of experience in all disciplines of the manufacturing industry. Mr. Khamken has completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Dwight Howard

Chief Operating Officer Mr. Dwight Howard serves as Chief Operating Officer for J&P Khamken Industries, Inc. having 39 years of experience in Operations Management. Mr. Howard previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Spectrum Sciences & Software, Inc., where he led the company to the highest quality certification, AS 9100:2004 and ISO 9001:2000. He completed a distinguished career in the United States Air Force having attained the highest enlisted grade of Chief Master Sergeant and was recognized for two Air Force level awards as the USAF Outstanding Munitions Manager and Missile Manager of the Year.

Tony Khamken

Senior Vice President
Business Development Mr. Tony Khamken serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for J&P Khamken Industries, Inc. and is involved in all aspects of business planning, development, sales, and marketing. He is a sales veteran having accumulated over 10 years of experience developing his skill set and effectively utilizing it while working his way up management positions in the retail industry prior to making the transition to the manufacturing industry.

Dick Vancil

Senior Vice President
Contracts & Government Affairs Mr. Dick Vancil serves as Senior Vice President of Contracts and Government Affairs for J&P Khamken Industries, Inc. and has a vast amount of experience serving the United States Military. With a wealth of experience in formal technical training and education requirements, Mr. Vancil has supervised and led essentially every Logistics Discipline involved in aircraft armament and munitions functions. He has accumulated 40+ years of experience in Aircraft Armament, Quality Management, Safety Management, and Environmental Management, as well as an extensive background in government and commercial contracting.

William Barnes

Advisor to Board of Directors Mr. Barnes is a combat decorated World War II veteran who served over 22 years in the U.S. Navy and achieved the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer. Following his retirement from the Navy he served another 22 years with Morrison Management in the food service management discipline. He was the Director of Food Service for several universities. Mr. Barnes has also operated his own business, Barnes Investment LLC., for over 29 years. Mr. Barnes brings over 65 years of successful business experience and expertise to J&P Khamken Industries Inc. As an advisor to the Board of Directors he provides business advice and recommendations for any and all major business decisions of the company.
